Pure Water Window Cleaning uses water that has been filtered and deionised in order to dry streak free following the clean. Cleaning is carried out with a water fed pole which means the service is faster, safer, and less intrusive than if ladders were used. 

Our cleaning prices vary based on the ease of access for cleaning, where the job will be located, and the frequency or complexity of the service. For a rough idea of what our prices could be  please refer to our cleaning price list.

Our standard payment term is 7 days from the date the service was complete. For business customers we offer tailored payment terms beyond 7 days for select services.

Unfortunately we don't accept these payment methods due to the time they would cost us in additional admin. The payment methods we do use reconcile payments automatically, meaning we spend less time on administrative tasks, allowing us to focus more on providing our quality service.

We accept payments through our payments partner, Stripe.

Our services can be paid for with direct debit or card payment. We also offer the option of payment through BACS for our business customers.

 With Stripe the payment is taken after the job has been completed and never before or on a recurring basis. Once the nominated card has been provided you never need to worry about making payment to us again. After we complete a job for you, your payment will be made a few days later and you will receive a receipt to the email address provided. 

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they must make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.
